Many people today are deeply involved in the network way of working, but are struggling to find tools and a place to build skills for this new way of connecting across boundaries. We provide ongoing webinars, an annual training academy, and customized trainings to provide conversations about network leadership, activities and exercises to share and demonstrate skills and ideas, and practical tools to translate back to practice to become more effective network members and leaders. We train network leaders by:
- Offering the monthly Network Leadership from the Field Webinar Series to highlight the skills, practices, and tools for effectively implementing inter-organizational and community networks. For more information on our current and past webinars, click here.
- Hosting the annual Network Leadership Training Academy, where nonprofit and public sector leaders gather to learn, share ideas, and develop skills to effectively build, manage, and evaluate inter-organizational and community networks. For more information on the NLTA, click here.
- Offering a two-day PARTNER tool workshop for both new and long-time users of the PARTNER tool who want to build their capacity and learn more of the ins and outs of network evaluation, data analysis, and translating data to practice. For more information, click here.
